Is Disney couples too corny for wedding table names?

Im a very bubbly and happy person and its very like me but i dont want people to think im really corny or childish. Is Disney couples too corny for wedding table names?
It's your day so do what YOU want.

I wouldn't do this myself, but I wouldn't laugh at anyone who did - nor call them childish or anything.

A lot of people will say it is, and to them it may be, but if you're happy - go for it.

Good luckIs Disney couples too corny for wedding table names?
I agree with others that Disney couples will come off as juvenile. Instead, why don't you just use famous couples for the table names? You could use names from different eras, like Romeo and Juliet, Antony and Cleopatra, Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall, Bonnie and Clyde (!), etc. You could then include Mickey and Minnie Mouse (or whichever) as one of them, without the whole thing being at a child's level. You could have some fun with the broader theme of famous couples.
intentional or not, reception decorations end up being a reflection of yourself (and hopefully hubby).

If you are clever about it, you can tie it in with the reception theme, and your guests will value the representation (and quite frankly, a step away from the stiff, traditional table name suggestions we often see)
Frankly, yes, it's childish.

That being said, it's your wedding, name the tables whatever you want -- AS LONG AS your fiance is cool with it, too. I can't imagine most men would be thrilled by the idea of telling their buddies they're sitting at the ';Sleeping Beauty'; table.
heyy,

its little corny but its your day so have what you want, and the people you have there will be there to support you because they love you so thier not going to be bothered my disney wedding table names i dont think

good luck

I think Disney weddings are childish, but theres about a million Disney-loving brides who would beg to differ!

I also dont think it says anything interesting about you. Either just do regular table numbers, or something like places youve been.
Not if you are getting married at Disney.

You can do whatever you want but yes, it will come across as childish.
Are you 5 years old?

This is a wedding, not a toddler's bd party. Yes, it is childish.

Good luck
Nope I love it! If it is meaningful to you- do it! Too many weddings these days are the same- be original!
yeah disney is a kid's bday party theme, not a formal event like a wedding.
I wouldn't really suggest it.

Unless you are a big Disney fan and people know it.

Then I would say go for it.
It's about you two as a couple, your interests and likes. If you two like it then go for it.
I'd definitely say yes.
I dont like that idea but thats just me!
I don't think that's corny or childish. I think its very whimsical. Everyone wants to have that idea that they'll live ';Happily Ever After:
