When you can't talk about it, that's when you have to start hiring attorneys and mediators.
You might not be able to resolve the conflict. Just agree to disagree and avoid talking about those things that stir up conflict. If that doesn't work for you, ask yourself the question that one of the pastors at my church always asks. ';Would you rather be happy or right?'; He always chooses happy, and it works for him.
