Is it difficult for couples with herpes to conceive?

i was diagnosed with herpes 1 mth after my weddin ,its been an year now im tryin for 2 mths , but just wanna know if anyone with herpes , who had prob conceivinIs it difficult for couples with herpes to conceive?

herpes can cause delay in pregnancy and if already pregnant is associated with bad outcome of pregnancy
